个人简介

采用微板毒性分析法、计算化学和分子模拟等方法研究化学品(及其混合物)在环境介质中的生态效应及机理。

以分类、聚类、回归、关联规则、及机器学习等计算科学技术为基础,结合基因组学、蛋白组学及蛋白质结构模型等生物学信息,从环境科学相关领域的实际问题出发,构建模型并开发相应的程序软件。
